1. How long do I have to return an item? will you provide a return label?

You have up to 7 days from receiving the item to make a return for a full refund. Once deciding you need a return you can contact us at info@shopimmer.com and we will provide you with a pre paid return shipping label.

2. WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Once we receive the item(s) it will take between 5-7 business days for you to receive your refund.

3. HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package.

4. How do I know if an item is going to be restocked?

If an item has an upcoming restock date, it will be posted on the product page.

5. If I have an issue with the product who do I contact?
