RETURNS POLICY.

ALL RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FULL REFUND. Simply Contact us to process a Return and send back your item(s) for a Full Refund.

Our warehouse will contact you via email to confirm your Return request.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all IMMER Boutique garment tags still attached. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Late Returns: Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of IMMER Boutique.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Changed your mind? We’ll gladly accept unworn, As New merchandise purchased on Shopimmer.com for return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Simply Contact Us to process your request and send back your item(s) with the correct size and/or color of the new item you wish to exchange and our warehouse will take care of the rest.

In the unfortunate event that the item you are looking for is no longer in stock will will notify you via email and issue you a Full Refund.
