SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders received before 2:00 pm, will ship out same day with the exception of Pre-Order items (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).

Orders are Non-eligible for Pick-up. Our Miami location is only for Mail, Returns & Exchanges.

You will receive a notification email(s) with tracking information when your order has shipped. If you have any questions, call us for status of you order!

*Orders placed for overnight and 2-Day service before 2:00 PM EST will ship out the same day - excluding holidays and weekends-. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST. will ship out the following business day.

Please Note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays; Some orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process if additional information is needed from you. A follow-up email will be sent in those cases.

Shipping times are estimated using Ground Shipping methods. Please allow 3-7 Business days from the moment your order has shipped to receive your order.
